As part of integration efforts across the Flow Platform we will need to perform a systems migration that requires a brief outage of service on Flow Capture.
Scheduled Downtime: Date/Time: Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 2:00pm PT / 5:00pm EST Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes (includes a 30-minute validation period)
During this period, Flow Capture will be completely unavailable. What to Expect:
Active sessions will end. Users will be unable to store or transcode Flow assets during the outage. Login will be unavailable until migration completes.
We understand the importance of uninterrupted access to your Autodesk services, and we schedule maintenance during low-usage periods to minimize impact.
